Luz – Around The World – India

On to India and that means a curry. Again very simple.

Vegetables are pepper and onion, with some garlic, ginger and Indian dried chilli. Half a tin of tomatoes.

Then some boiled rice.

Then chuck in some prawns, and what you have is the simplest of ‘curried’ prawns in rice and vegetables.

Only trouble is, I am hungry again. I feel some Welsh rarebit could coming along tonight.
